I found my new Stylist! Dawn is totally awesome. She explained clearly what she was about to do and why. And WOW! My hair is "Model" perfection! Dawn is an excellent stylist and to get a highlights, wash & styled was NOT expensive! I highly recommend Bliss! Also, I made a new friend! Thank you, Dawn! Blessings.
It was super busy the whole time I was there (midday on a Thursday?!?) which speaks volumes for the business. Eliza was awesome! She asked questions and listened to what I was looking for.
