Negative isn't possible, super busy parent, booked an apt with them, realized I have conflicting appointments cancelled my apt. 10ish minutes later and I was really told it would generate an invoice and I couldn't make another apt until it was paid. Invoice generated 155$$. Guess I'll just never book another appointment, no problem !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to Kim for the first time and I honestly felt amazing afterward! She’s so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares and loves what she does. Even though it was my first visit, I felt like I’d known her forever. I’m so happy I found her! And I already have my upcoming appointments! She’s literally the sweetest! ❤️

I adore Sara. She gives me such a phenomenal cut that strangers comment on how beautiful my hair is. I am a woman of a certain age and she helps me feel beautiful. Plus, she is a truly nice person. She is the stylist for our whole family and we are loyal and happy clients.
