I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for over 2 years, but my last two visits have been a huge letdown, and I won’t be coming back. Both times, I’ve had issues with being overcharged, and the way it was handled was frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. I've been here quite a few times because they're work and prices are acceptable. I moved out of the area and can't seem to find a decent salon where I live. So, I called them to see if they had availability in the afternoon at 430 when I got out of work. Whoever I spoke to said yes that's fine. When I got there they asked what I wanted and I told them a full set and a pedicure. Their response was "oh, we don't have time". I called.
