I love Adriana! I get a Deva Cut (and often color) here and she is the best! I moved two hours away and I still come here for my services! Everyone here is friendly and helpful, the place is clean and modern and it's always busy,

had my hair cut today on a whim (new job in the area) and kristy did an awesome job - she was very sweet and listened to what i had to say and it came out awesome - will definitely be back!

Not able to deliver services on time. Had to wait 15 minutes+ each time I came here. I actually love how they styled/cut my hair last time, but unfortunately I don't have the patience to wait for them to become available, instead of meeting the actual appointment time.

So I had written a yelp review about how unhappy I was with my experience at Bliss salon. Only to be told the stylist was right and I was wrong. I understood that because my hair is dark it would take multiple sessions to get me to the desired level. However, I did not expect to leave looking like a student worked on my hair. I showed the stylist two pictures , one with a root smudge and one without. She acknowledged she never confirmed with me which one I wanted, after the fact.
