Despite contacting the salon a month in advance, giving the stylist everything she needed to know about my hair history and my care routine, my hair got damaged. The stylist was ill prepared for the consultation and not able to give me an accurate price. Texted me the next day with a significantly higher price than at the consultation the day prior. She bleached my hair for an hour and a half. And then layered more bleach on top that had a significantly higher volume developer, and left me to bleach another 15 minutes. Plans... read more
My friend's hair got fried last week!!!! The stylist layered fresh bleach that had a stronger volume developer on top of bleach that had been processing for over an hour and her hair is super damaged. Her hair is snapping and breaking off!!!And the results are nothing what she asked for. She has to wait a couple months for us to do literally anything to her hair now to let it heal. :(
