Perfect pedicure by Jenny. She has a gentle touch and my gel polish looks great! Great atmosphere and massage chairs.
A few months ago, I went in as a "walk-in", as I saw on the website, I would be able to do so, then I was told that "they don't take walk-ins", and what kind of nail salon does that? I didn't believe it for a second. I said, "I don't mind waiting," and they told me, "No." It didn't look relatively busy. The response was rude and confusing because their website says otherwise. Ginny is the best!
Shout out to Ginny for doing the best French nails design I've ever had! I got my nails done for a wedding and can't complain and they lasted for such a long time. On a plus side, the salon is super clean and beautiful. Will definitely be back
Very poor customer service. Learn to greet people when they enter your salon. First impressions are lasting. Do not recommend and will not return.
