The communication was iffy for being seated after check in , waiters over 15 mins before soaking took place and another 20 mins before the removal of gel polish. Switched technicians and failed to let me know they didn’t have nice colors for preferred brand that I requested. The guy recommended opposite colors and brands but they were dip gel. John did a fantastic job mani pedi.
I had a great experience at this nail salon - John is the best! I regularly get my nails done and have been looking for a new salon in the area. My friend recommended this place, and I couldn’t be more happy! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and John did an amazing job on my nails. I asked for almond dip powder nails for my upcoming vacation, and John did a great job. He was very meticulous and paid attention to each of my requests. Linda is so great at Bliss! She takes her time and does a great job, she is so caring and nice too! I am always happy with my nails after seeing Linda!
Horrible service. Very outdated SPa tools and nail polishes. Absolutely lazy staff with bad attitude. You're better off doing it yourself at home then going to this so called Bliss Spa. Save your time and money!
