I visited this shop and my nails were healthy and long. I came into the shop with shellac on which I have been wearing for years. The technician filed my natural nails with the drill to ‘smooth’ them out before polishing since I didn’t get a manicure. After 3 days my nails began to break below the quick. I went back and Sabrina told me that my nails were too long for shellac and encouraged me to get dipping powder. They fixed the one nail that had broken. RecommendedLove it here. I have been going since they first opened. Sabrina is awesome and the rest of the staff. My mom and I go there faithfully.
I came in tonight for my first nail dip experience. The technician roughed up my cuticles to the point of bleeding. I commented once and was basically ignored. my middle finger is the worst but you can see the dried blood on my pinky cuticle as well. I never expect this but certainly not for the cost of $42. More pics in comments.
The atmosphere was nice and they had an attendant available immediately (walk-in). But the work (Mani and pedi) just weren't up to snuff. Polish on toes was a bit sloppy, cuticles on fingers weren't all dealt with, etc.
RecommendedHighly recommend !!! I was a walk in and was taken care if immediately, staff was friendly, spacious clean salon, they offered snacks/drinks, pedi was great and nails were really nice!! I think I paid a little more than I have at most places it was still not a big difference and it was worth it to come out happy relaxed and no complaints!! shout out to Sabrina she was awesome and knows her stuff!!😀
