***Update: my mom went back in today after being upset for a few days. Tim was very nice and helpful. He removed and redid them, this time just doing a French tip since the color was wrong last time. He made them right for her. Found out cuticles on acrylics cost an extra charge. Still no hand massage as other places offer. *** This was the first time there as I usually go to another salon. Horrible place to have your nails done and of course super expensive.
This was the first time there as I usually go to another salon. I came with my mom for a manicure. One dip and one acrylic. I had Judy for my dip, she was very friendly, and I like that she talked to me the whole time. I was surprised that she did not have me get up and wash my hands between the dip and applying chrome and the gel layer as that’s what I’m typically used to for a cleaner application. Best nail Salon in Falcon. Annie, the owner, is an absolute joy and a perfectionist at her craft. She is also very efficient. I am always impressed. Happy customer!
First time was great. Second time the lady did a horrible job. My nails were lifting 4 days after I got them filled and you could see where she drilled. The polish had chunks in it. I went in and she said to come in the next day at 530. They close at 5 so I called to confirm if I would need to come in. The gentleman said no since they closed at 530. So I didn’t go.
