My first visit made me set up an appt. For the 2nd. Much to my surprise. They dropped the ball in documenting my appt. I called 2xs to confirm my appt. Prior to the date of appt. (It's just something I do ).The 1st 2 calls they said they didnt have an appt. Scheduled for me. So upon my persistent nature, I found the confirmation text that was sent to me. So on the 3rd call and still being denied my appt. Finally one of the staff asked if I wanted to set up another one. Of course by then I wanted no parts of them .they didnt ... read more
Very nice respectful people that works here very clean environment
Alice does an awesome job on my nails every time. The salon is very clean and there is never a wait. (Appointment only) I love this because with many nail salons, there is still a wait even with an appointment.
Best ever!!
