So, they do a great job with servicing in mani/pedi, and getting eyebrows done. But they have a problem listening. I told the tech I wanted the regular polish for both mani/pedi because I couldn’t spend on gel polish that day. I stressed that to her, but she didn’t listen. She used gel polish anyway and I didn’t realize it until it was time to pay. THAT was the thing that made me not want to go back.
