I used to love this place so much. It felt like home to me, I’m a social media influencer and I’ve promoted nicole’s business for 2 years now. I had one bad experience, called and told the owner about it she told me to come in and she would fix it. 3 nails broke within 2 days and my polish was chipped. Her “fix” was me paying more money to “fix” what was already a mess. For me, customer retention is everything.
