I have been a regular customer. I went in for a manicure close to closing time and I was told they would accommodate me. I requested a regular manicure, but the technician tried to push a gel manicure or tips instead. The technician became frustrated when I insisted on regular polish. After the manicure, the technician (Karen) left before my nails were dry, and told me to use a fan and wait a few minutes. I came in for a manicure about 20 minutes before they closed. I asked the person at the front if I had enough time for a manicure who I believe was the manager and he said yes, pick a color. Pretty standard interaction so far. I have been a regular customer to this salon on and off the last several years I have been in FishHawk. I did not feel I was treated well tonight. I have been coming to Peter for almost 5 years. Including following him from where he was previously. In all the years I have been coming I have never been disappointed when I left. Please come and give this nail lounge a try I promise you won't be disappointed!!!!

Just left and will not be coming back. I’ve gone here a few times but this one did it for me. Went in for a pedi sat in the luke warm water for 45 mins then finally decided I sat long enough. I asked the lady next to me for a towel and she handed me a dirty towel with the clients nails she was doing nail polish on it. These places are so money hungry on getting everyone in, but don’t take care of the people already waiting.

Did not get what I asked for. Was given a color on my nails I said I did not want. They changed the color to my toes to be more inline with what I wanted. Still far from what I asked for. Felt pressured to tip higher. I will go somewhere else for a polish change. Will not return. I know someone who loves this place so possibly it’s the nail tech you choose.
