Great quality service. Ben, brian and they team are great and very knowledgeable.
I appreciate the mechanics that weren’t involved in this who were kind and helpful, however, while sitting waiting for my car repairs, I had to listen to an older man/mechanic screaming and swearing at apprentices. It went on for a long time, it was disgusting, very loud and aggressive, unprofessional and very upsetting. One boy came into reception on work experience who couldn’t have been older than 13 who was either one of the ones being abused or one of the ones witnessing it. Wir haben heute unser Auto aufgrund einer leuchtenden Motorkontrollleucht zu Bliss gebracht. Bliss wurde uns von einer Bekannten empfohlen. Es wurde uns sofort geholfen und wir hatten innerhalb von 3 Stunden neue Zündkerzen verbaut. Der Mechaniker hat und auch das Problem gezeigt und erklärt. Vor dem Mittagessen konnten wir schon weiterfahren! Wir kommen für der Service wieder!
