Do not recommend. My car was there for four weeks over a small issue and I kept hearing excuses about parts not arriving. Another time they told me my wheel was glued on and charged me 1600 to remove it. They claimed engineers from the business next door spent five hours drilling out a bolt and they went ahead without asking me first. I never even got the chance to look at it myself and was just told what to believe. The blokes there are nice but the owner feels really dodgy. Stay away.
2 visits to bliss. Never again. 1. Took a van in for a service before a long trip and said "can you also check the squeaky belt - probably needs a new one" - Failed to change it, told me it needed a bigger investigation...Took me approximately 6 minutes to find the issue (belt was stretched so tensioner was rubbing causing the entire belt to be half shredded) If they had looked - they would have seen it. 2. Bliss Mech does exactly what it says on the tin—top-quality work, easy to deal with, and I couldn’t recommend these guys more!
I had a great experience with Bliss Mechanics in Coolum Industrial Area. My van needed a big job — the engine had to be opened and the valve seals repaired — something that most mechanics didn’t want to take on. They had an amazing attitude, were really helpful, and got the job done perfectly. The price was very fair, and they also did the roadworthy for me. Super friendly team and excellent service. I highly recommend them!
