Extremely rude and unprofessional! I call to book an appointment, I had one voucher that I got on groupon and I wanted to book a second massage or a couples massage. Called them, the attende didn't ever hear what I wanted, said they are not booking the massages they advertise of groupon and hangup on my face. They seriousness need to take classes about costumer service! I’m glad it didn't work out bc I would not support a business that treat any potential costumer like this.
Charlie the manager is very warm and welcoming. Wendy, was great and really worked out the sore spots in my back. My only recommendation would be to have incense or an essential oil diffuser in the place. It would add to the ambience and experience. We also got hot stones, that was great and so relaxing.

*RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL* (See the screenshot of my conversation with the store) I went there with a Groupon and scheduled an appointment. They were already quite rude over text but I thought to myself it might be a language thing so I didn't care much. I went there and the lady didn't look please to see me at all.
