Charlie the manager is very warm and welcoming. Wendy, was great and really worked out the sore spots in my back. My only recommendation would be to have incense or an essential oil diffuser in the place. It would add to the ambience and experience. We also got hot stones, that was great and so relaxing.

*RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL* (See the screenshot of my conversation with the store) I went there with a Groupon and scheduled an appointment. They were already quite rude over text but I thought to myself it might be a language thing so I didn't care much. I went there and the lady didn't look please to see me at all. She got me registered and told me the room number. No direction whatsoever of what I should do next. Went for a couples massage. I didn't really feel better after. I did like the part where they walked on our backs. My partner said his masseuse focused very heavily on his buns in an unnecessary way. They are fantastic, to be fair.
I recently visited Bliss massage Spa in Arlington and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the massage was incredibly welcoming and serene. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt completely relaxed throughout my visit.
