I’ve used Bliss for a few years for supplies for my hot tub. I recently used them for a pool inspection on my new house prior to closing. The technician Jack was very thorough. Checked and tested each piece of equipment and took the time to explain how to use everything. They also were very accommodating with scheduling around my schedule. I highly recommend them.
Amazing team with knowledge, professionalism, but mostly caring and helpful with customers. Helped me figure out my pool plumbing & fittings requirement. Also got pool robot, chemicals and regular free testing for my pool water... I strongly recommend.
Knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and opened Monday to Friday. What more to say.
We have hottub and there is water leaking. Techincian kepp draging the job for 2 month. He came here and did the work and just lest without check his work done. We fill the water the leak is still there. Further they charge us around $ 650.00 we keep calling not answering and really frustarion about the service they given to me. We did our hard working found the leak at the same place did the repair and got the vedio and send to Bliss. They are the best ever in customer service!!! Kudos to Annalise, Venessa, Marissa, Kelsey, Matt (and I'd be remiss not to add the owners Darryl and Carolyn...always so very helpful)... absolutely amazing staff!!!. I can't say enough about how patient, understanding, friendly, knowledgeable and always going the extra mile with my many stop ins and questions since they opened up.
