I've had such a great experience here! I love seeing this business grow and take its customers along for the ride. I wandered into Bliss last year looking to upgrade my older setup. After a few listens, I walked out with a new streamer/preamp and later ordered a power amp. Now, my daily listening sessions always leave me "blissfully" smiling.

My experience with Bliss HiFi was first rate from start to finish. From my first telephone conversation with Juan after inquiring about a five figure piece of hardware, it was clear that he was not only very nice and knowledgeable, but that he put my satisfaction above everything else. I chose to pay for the unit with Direct Cash transfer, but when that process took several days due to daily limits on the amount, Juan was patient and supportive. K. Bliss HiFi is an excellent destination for not only an audio purchase but also an audio education. Juan is very knowledgeable in the synergy of audio products to obtain optimum results. Juan will not sell you something just for the sale. This is a very rare quality not to be taken lightly. All my purchases from Juan have been positive. I would not hesitate to buy from him again.
