Upon my arrival I was greeted with a warm smile by Arlette and her coworkers in the front desk. I have always felt welcome and everyone’s smiles makes you feel right at home. Thank you Dr Ortiz for everything you do for our community.
I’ve been a patient here and the quality has drastically gone down over the past 1.5 year. The front desk is rude and it’s almost impossible to get an appointment even as a patient with insurance and everything . They even refuse to give medication for just a few days until you can be seen by their PAs or doctors. Their mission has changed and it is not to help people anymore, like what it used to be… Very disappointed
