Do not sleep on this place. Holy Celiac-safe treats, Batman! We live an hour away and keep making plans to come up but they constantly end up canceled for one reason or another so we chose shipping and I have ZERO regrets. We decided to try the bagels and soft pretzels since those are the things my two newly diagnosed Celiac daughters miss the most. There were literal squeals of joy as we tried them. The food is very healthy and very good… they do a great job with this.. been there many times..i have to eat gluten and sugar free and everything ive tried including the tea and coffee are excellent… i will defend the comments about their business because some people dont know what it takes to run a small business especially in these times…dont understand why some people try to destroy others dreams unless they are miserable and /or jealous.. ive benn to bliss over 10 times and each time was great
Every single person working was exceptional. They just wanted to take care of me. I didn’t know that white bread wasn’t a gluten-free thing. I was making tea sandwiches for a bridal shower. And typically they are made with white bread. The bride is 100% gluten-free. Enter Krista. She was extraordinary. She explained why white is not made and why brioche is awesome and then so I didn’t spend a fortune on 8 loaves, she hand cut 4 loaves in half so the bread was the perfect width for tea sandwiches. Extremely disappointed in my experience. I called a week in advance and asked for a custom cake with specific wording on it and I asked that they decorate it in a fancy way… im not a cake decorator I just looked on Instagram and saw some beautiful cakes assuming that’s what they normally do. Well I never received any sort of confirmation that my cake would be ready for pick up - so I called the morning of and asked if it was ready, they said yes. Great.
