Honestly if I could put zero stars I would. Talk about judging a book by its cover. You should “NEVER” assume someone doesn’t have money by what they are wearing. We are on holidays it’s very common for rich people to wear kimonos over their bathers. Also, it’s exceptionally rude to take a persons small esky bag to put behind the counter assuming they will steal something. I could easily buy the shop if I wanted to and felt completely judged. The store has some lovely clothes and gifts. No competition in the position too which is great for them. The staff never seem very friendly or happy compared to other gift/clothes shops nearby. My friend also bought a shirt there maybe 2 years ago now for full price at $149.95 and loved it so much she bought 3 more in all the colours. I did ask on her behalf if perhaps the 4th shirt could be reduced after buying the other 3 with a total bill of $600. It was definite no with no smile. Awesome shop. Lots of lovely gift ideas. Always a friendly relaxed atmosphere. I love dropping into bliss every time I’m on holidays, I always find something I love ❤️
Called in today for baby gifts and saw shell wreaths on special with sales tag of $20.My friend and myself had 3 wreaths and baby items and approached counter to pay.Stapled sale tag fell off and we advised staff and that's when it went all downhill.Staff said price was wrong nd they were not obliged to honour it and courtesy for the customer was completely abandoned.Such a lovely store to be so let down by arrogant and aggressive staff.The owner of this store will unfortunately lose custom as a result of these two staff mem... read more
They have some nice stuff but customer service is shocking. I've been in twice, 2 different middle to old age ladies, both were super rude.
