Great experience. The staff was friendly. Dr.Lee was professional and gentle. The whole visit was efficient and comfortable. Highly recommend.
I’ve seen Dr. Lee twice for routine cleanings, and both times were disappointing. Each appointment took well over an hour, mostly spent waiting after being seated, and the first visit was close to two hours with little communication about the delay. I noticed he said bye to a few of the non-Chinese patients when they were done and he almost ushered them out of the operatory when they headed to reception, but when I left there was no sign of the dentist at all. I live in Manitoba but I always find time to fly to BC to have my teeth done at Bliss Dental. Dr. Sue does excellent work on my teeth. Her attention to detail is exceptional, always leaving the clinic with a healthy smile. Worth the trip all the time!
