Went in for a Birthday Facial and Sweedish Massage...My Facial was absolutely amazing! 10/10... My massage, however, was NOT. It was supposed to be relaxing but I felt like I was being prepared for a marathon or perhaps a wrestling match the way I was being pressed into and pulled HARD..I expressed several times that it was too hard..only for him to ease up a little and then go back to harsh..I have NEVER endured a massage like that before..Seriously, who hurt you? Went for a 1 hr massage today for my birthday, I specifically stated the main points I wanted (lower back, feet and neck). I received 55 minutes of neck and shoulders and 3 minutes on legs and 2 on feet where only my toes were popped and ankles rubbed. Very very disappointed and will not be going back.
