LIED about the trial membership.. once you sign up they will auto bill you despite what they told me when I signed up for the trial membership. If they had been honest and told me I would be auto-enrolled I would have used a virtual credit card number so they can't auto-bill me. I asked point blank if it would be an automatic subscription and was told "no no, not at all". After they auto-billed me the 3rd month I went back and I was told that they can't cancel a membership at the very location you signed up at. You can only ... read more
