Go here at YOUR OWN RISK!!! I went by with my brand new car, 4 days old and came out with a a severe scratch/dent on the driver side rim!!! I was told to go back the next day and file a claim with a manager since one was not on site at the moment. Went back, filed the claim and was told they would watch the surveillance to see if I went in with the scratch. They never looked at the cameras, just simply denied my claim! They really need two people at the start of the wash for the initial water and soap. I have been coming here for a year and every time I have to run it twice to get it properly clean
