Showed the consultant a dress that was tried at another location. From that point the consultant was rude and only showed 4 dresses. Told us she couldn’t compete and we should go buy that dress. 20 min max at a 2 hour appointment. Rude and small inventory

It was our first day of wedding dress shopping ... and my daughter said YES to an amazing dress and veil at Bliss Bridal Salon! We had a fabulous, stress-free and fun experience with Ciara as our stylist. She listened to my daughter, but also used her knowledge to share gorgeous (and affordable!!) dresses with us. It was an uplifting experience, and we would recommend Bliss to ANY brides and their families.

One of my best friends is getting married and found her perfect dress here. Unfortunately the customer service was horrible. The girl that was “helping” us was rude. My friend was asking about sizing and the girl responded rudely for no reason. Answering questions is part of the job or so I thought. Do better for your brides please and thank you. Will not be back

My stylist Lexie was so kind and patient. She listen to every little detail I wanted and what I didn’t. She helped me find the dress of my dreams and I’m so excited for our big day!! The entire was very professional and makes you feel comfortable. 10/10 experience!
