They were wonderful! We gathered when the bride made her final decision. They made us comfortable and we felt very welcome. A few of us came back for "mother's" try on and they were very helpful with changes and bringing us things we hadn't selected for ourselves. I actually order one of those they suggested. When I came back to be measured they were very friendly and efficient. A wonderful experience from day one. Hopefully when the dress comes in all will continue to be wonderful.
Everyone was super helpful and patient while helping me choose my dress even after several appointments. Of all the shops I tried these ladies seemed liked they really cared and enjoyed their jobs. They were all very kind and so so helpful! In the end I walked away with a dress I love without feeling pressured or like I was pushed into it.
I honestly would not recommend this bridal shop to the person I loathe the most in the world. I was not expecting to be treated like royalty but like someone who had an appointment that they wanted to spend their hard earned money there would have been nice. I made an appointment and took time off of work to be told when I got there that they had 2 walk-ins so she will work with me until her appointment comes in which was maybe a half an hour.
