They refused to do alterations on my fiancé's wedding dress because she had a little bit of dog hair on the bottom that she didn't notice before she went in. They said they couldn't do the alterations because it could "transfer" to other dresses. Fine okay, but then they refused to return our $100 for the appointment and said making another appointment would cost another $100. I had the best experience at Bliss Bridal in Hattiesburg with Anna! I would highly recommend this shop! All the dresses are beautiful and the most helpful consultant ever. She was patient with me and pulled the best dresses and listened to me. If I did it all again I would only go here!
Had my appointment at Bliss Bridal in Hattiesburg on 6/27/25! MK was the absolute sweetest and was so helpful through the entire appointment. This was the first shop I have been to find my wedding dress and I’m so proud to say I found it at Bliss Bridal! Highly recommend Bliss Bridal! They offer a wide range of styles to suit all kinds of preferences and were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. After feeling overwhelmed at a few other bridal shops, I walked into Bliss and was met with such understanding and encouragement. I had my appointment on 4/26 and I just had the best experience ever. I don't usually write reviews like this, but my stylist Amanda was sooo amazing I have to shout her out. She was so patient, funny, and so easy to work with. I felt comfortable with her the entire time and was not afraid to voice my opinions on the dresses I tried on. She helped me find my absolute dream dress and I can't thank her enough! The complimentary champagne was also a bonus! 🤍
