I felt so uncomfortable from the second I walked in. I made an appointment for 3:00 and did not meet with a consultant until 3:20. I do not have a date or a venue for my wedding yet and the consultant (Julie) seemed put off by that, as if I couldn’t find a dress without those details. Booking with Bliss Bridal was extremely easy (you can do it online with an effortless calendar booking) or call them. When you get to the store, you will be greeted with big smiles and more than enough excitement for you and your big day/moment! Bliss Bridal puts the bride and her guests first, the entire time. It is clean and has more than enough space for you to have your own private showing area. My first experience with Bliss was amazing, I said yes to the dress and then found out I was pregnant with twins so they graciously let me return my dress and get a new one after I gave birth. Fast forward to 3/22/25 and my attendant Lori gave me a dress $800 over my limit without telling me, until I said yes and went to pay. I made an appointment for my friend for a MOB dress. As we entered the business we were greeted by a young woman who acted surprised we were even there, and we felt when she found out we were not a "bride" shopping couldn't be bothered to help. She pointed to the MOB gowns and said help yourself. Pointed to the sale gowns and which ones were order ones. Made no suggestions, did not offer to help in any way. Checked in once before we left.
