I have so much negative to say about our experience at Bliss. From not having part of our dress, having the wrong wedding date, horrific alterations experience nasty service by Jesica’s staff, and ZERO COMMUNICATION. Though 4 days before the wedding when we finally got the dress, Jessica tried to make it right it was a little to late to fix multiple broken promises.
Bought my dress in March 2023 for my June 1st 2024 wedding. Went in and had a good experience finding the dress I wanted, I maybe tried on 4 or 5 until the consultant found the exact dress I was looking for. Was so excited, they said the dress should be here by the end of November 2023. November came and passed and no call from the store. So I reached out, they said now it’ll be here the end of December. Went in this afternoon for a last minute bridal shower dress and accessories. Amy was working and she provided excellent customer service from the second i walked in the door. She helped with trying on dresses and helping me pick out accessories. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will be referring Bliss Bridal to my friends and family because of the experience I had with Amy!
I had an amazing experience at Bliss. I came in with a vision and she was able to put it all together. All the ladies at bliss were all amazing. Marlee made the process so easy and she knew exactly what gowns to pull for me. Me and my family are had the best experience. I cannot thank Marlee enough for making my dress dreams come true!
