I have been a loyal customer of Bliss Box for a long time and have always had good experiences until recently. The last two visits were unacceptable due to the manager, Heather’s, rude and dismissive behavior. Both times we asked politely about getting fresh cracklings. The first visit, she snapped that it would cost $25 for fresh ones. I agreed without arguing, but her attitude was unnecessary. This most recent visit was worse.
