Robin was amazing! Made our experience that much enjoyable, she was great at customer service & very flexible with all that we needed help with. Will definitely recommend!
Her ratty dog was barking before we even opened the door. Was immediately met with her sass upon opening the door. She told me and my mother her establishment doesn't carry prom dresses after being told it was for a "formal event", which was not in fact prom.
Five stars isn’t even enough to express how pleased we’ve been. From the phone to going in there for an appointment, Bliss has been extraordinary. Professional but also personable and what more could you ask for on an important day. Even after a mishap (nothing to do this them) they were able to help from their end within minutes and taking so much stress away from us.
Mrs. Robin provided excellent service and made sure my tuxedo fit perfectly. The tuxedo rental process was easy, and I will gladly use her again in the future.
