Amy was great. She targeted my pain and worked the pain out of my hamstring. She also introduced me to some exercises to strengthen my lower body muscles to alleviate my back pain.

This was my first time visiting Amy. I has some muscles that were sore and a few other questions. I had a 90 min massage and Amy did Great! The office is appointment only. I arrived early to complete paperwork. The office is nicly decorated and comfortable. Amy worked the muscles and did some streaching that helped relax my leg. I had an amazing experience at Bliss Body Works in Camdenton. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and taken care of. She did a fantastic job, I honestly left feeling lighter, like the stress had just melted away. Five stars all the way around. Professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed.
