Came in about 15 minutes before my appointment at 11:00 a.m. sat in the chair with my feet soaking for over half an hour gave them an extra 5 minutes and left horrible customer service let me sit around was more concerned with the person about two chairs down and this was also my birthday surprise for myself I like to thank them for ruining my birthday
