I scheduled an appointment for a lash fill, which she had to "approve". She reached out to me with all of her questions and then approved the appointment. When I arrived she took me back and had me lay on the table, she then asked me if I had been exposed to Covid, as a covid nurse, I explained that I was fully vaccinated and wear proper protection but do care for covid patients. Unfortunately since you did answer “yes” to the COVID-19 screener question, stating that you had been exposed to COVID I was unable to preform the service you requested.
