I stopped by last week and today I must say I had such a great experience! The store itself was super nice and easy to shop, everything felt clean and well put together. The customer service really stood out — the girls working there were so nice and helped me pick out the right hair I needed. They even offered me their loyalty program, which I really appreciated. As a hairstylist, I’m always looking for good spots to grab products, and this place definitely impressed me. I’ll for sure be coming back!
Not good customer service, the hefty round girl who says she's a manager is very rude and unhelpful.
Yea the customer service in here sucks they never want to help when it comes to the wigs they always in the front talking and just chilling also they are rude never want to give discount when they are due and charge me twice for one bag I need to talk to the person who own the store thanks
