If you’re stopping in Bliss Beauty on 161st and Walton Avenue ask for Jocelyn she was extremely helpful picking out my hair dye and hair care products. It is so hard to find someone who understands your hair when shopping for products and let me tell you she understood the assignment! Bliss Beauty needs to give this beauty Queen a raise for her knowledge of hair care products and she even reminded me that I’m a Bliss Beauty member!!!!
