I use to love going to this location until about recently. I was shopping, putting hair care products into my tote bag because I didnt wanna use the basket, not knowing that this would be a problem. Additionally there is no policy stating that you cannot use your own bag to shop, so I didn’t think it would be a problem. Then one of the workers comes up to me with a basket in her hand, and says she wants me to put my stuff in a basket because “ You putting in the bag is making me think that you’re gonna steal”. I've frequented the store located at 103 East 161 St a million times as my Mother lives in that area and I've never had the distinct pleasure to meet two wonderful souls who are very knowledgeable about the products and where the products were located in the store .
