Kris was most helpful and very prompt to reply to my initial enquiry, her manner so professional but also very polite, and she took the time to listen as this was new to me. Kris was understanding of my health condition and informed me of the benefits I could gain. She is very knowledgeable and caring, she has an amazing aura that gives a sense of calm. Kris has been treating my right arm with lymphoedema massage following a mastectomy and the removal of several lymph nodes. Her treatments are deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and provide much-needed pain relief. Kris is caring, professional, and approachable, taking the time to understand and accommodate my individual needs. I always leave feeling more comfortable and supported.

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage given to me by Kristina as I had a lot of pain in my legs caused by first stages of lipodema.
