I have major anxiety and they made sure I was taken care of threw out the process, never push anything too far to quick, amazing work from them and the patience to deal with my issues.
I absolutely hate dentists. They are typically the embodiment of pain and discomfort. The kind of place we only visit in a bad moment when we dont have a choice. But this visit, from reception through to procedure was incredible. I hate needles and they took everything into account when addressing my pain. I was well informed about the complications, and they found the best way to help me even though it differed from what I wanted, and I am grateful for the solution he found. I make an appointment 2 weeks ago for an 8am appointment and then they called me the day before and they said if I am going for the 3pm appointment, they gave me an appointment card for 8am and they are insisting that it's 3pm, it is very clear on the card and before I left the clinic that it's 8am and they encircle the AM.
Friendly and professional. Like another reviewer here, i came here for a second opinion in town for dental work. had a much better experience. very knowledgeable and kind. usually dental stuff is a big stress, but they probably know that, and do a lot to make it feel routine and mundane in a good way. thank you for your skilful work
