Brandon has been phenomenal in helping create a safe environment to educate with humility and honesty. Presenting information in a way that makes sense backed with scientific finding. He does not talk down to you or make you feel stupid and when you dont understand, he finds a way to help you understand. Updated 2026: still loving this place I absolutely love this gym, hands down the best gym experience I’ve had! Brandon and Dakota have created such an incredible,welcoming and positive environment. You can really tell they care about their members. Anthony is awesome too,always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere here makes working out enjoyable without being judged and I genuinely look forward to coming in every time. I love it! Chloe, Nate, and Adaeze are all amazing, and the vibe is so chill and welcoming! I’ve never been a gym person, but here I am, three months into my membership, going to four classes a week and feeling so good about myself. Not to mention I’ve met the kindest, most encouraging people in the classes — such a supportive community. I’m so grateful I found this gym!

Great gym for almost all your weightlifting needs, no big ego gym here. Everyone looks out for one another and the personal training staff are knowledgeable as I've seen trainers at other gyms have a client doing an exercise completely wrong and on their phone, not here. There's also a dog so that's 5 stars alone.

Cool owner, nice vibe. Creative, artsy gym with everything you need its easily better than most gyms around Seattle. The owner also trains clients here and is super friendly and genuinely great at what he does.
