I found Brandon 7-8 years ago when I was looking for a trainer to become stronger and more toned before my wedding and in general. He was by far the best I have worked with— taking time to explain how each movement worked, why form mattered, and how it impacted my body. Thank the PTB , that Brandon and Blinnergy came on to our UK timeline. My son has EDS and is 15. Struggling with pain and since diagnosis, no medical input at all. Brandon , knowing my son is neurodivergent, was patient and just a really great guy and put him at ease, right away. We did our assessment via zoom and it's helped so much. We are starting from scratch and rebuilding that brain/sensory connection. Thank you Brandon !!! This guy is the real deal.

This has been long overdue, but I’m hoping my experience at Blinnergy helps someone that might be in a similar situation.
