Fraud. Be aware. They contacted through OfferUp saying they r Luxe decor. They sold a mattress saying it is worth $2700 for $500. They rushed to pay without giving time to check. While paying they asked to pay to Blink mattress. Immediately after they left, while we checked it we got to know the mattress is not even worth for $100. It's a scam. They contacted through Offerup as LuxeDecor - Susie mervin. After sharing all the inventory, I selected a Matress. But while delivering they asked for payment in Zelle on behalf of Blink Matress. After the delivery, we found that the product tag is missing in the Matress and we got suspicious. Tried to reach out to Susie's mobile number but they didn't pick the call there after. Then I further checked the Matress and found that it is a totally fake. Be AWARE!!!! We ordered two bookshelves from Susie and Venmo’d her $2000. We never received them, she stated they were on back order! After six months we just requested a refund as we needed something to fill the space sooner. She said she would refund us and then she ghosted us! She won’t return our calls or provide us with a refund! I have called attorney general and BBB, next step is to press charges.
