Purchased an amazing amplifier from Veronica and Tim. Had an issue with phono stage compatibility, and worked with Blink to solve the problem. Did a lot of troubleshooting via phone and email, and even put me in contact with the amplifier designer, who called me from Denmark to help resolve the issue. This kind of service is and follow up is not common these days, and is very much appreciated.
