I have been going there for years. Today, I found out that they are closing the gym this week. November23,2024. I was really upset. It was 1 minute from my home. The employees were told on Monday that Saturdaywas going to be their last day. We were told on Tuesday that November23,2024 they were going to close.

The maintenance of this gym is lacking during the summer. It was not as clean as other Blink gyms I have gone too. I would like to be able to use this gym, shower and head to work but the upkeep is not there. During the summer, it was so hot and muggy in there. We had to ask the front desk to turn up/on the AC. I watched the front desk from the elliptical. The staff was young and just passing time at work; so their need/desire to provide good customer service just wasn’t there.

So disappointed about their customer service. We signed up in April/May and paid the Annual maintenance fee of $60~ in June. We had to cancel in July because of transportation issues, but ultimately decided to recontinue.
