Please train your staff in how to access Wellhub(gym pass). I came in and they told me that they don’t have it available. Which I know not to be true because I’ve used at other locations and other gyms. Girl was nice enough to give me a day pass but that just used up my time and is only a temporary solution.
Several months ago, I cancelled membership due to relocating yet kept getting charged every month. That's not cool.
