I am very upset . I have been going to this gym for over a year now. I am apart of the 5 am workout crew. Staff are not on time to open gym at 5 am , we are sitting in our cars at 5:10, 5:15, and today I was there until 5:30 am and no one came. This is very unprofessional, something needs to be done asap. I will be contacting corporate .
One of THE BEST no nonsense gyms in the area. Always clean, free of random weights, bars, “equipment” like other places. Machines are in working condition 99.749% of the time Staff is friendly and available to answer questions. And they are encouraging without being pushy. Never crowded and the air conditioning works!! Great neighborhood, local gym
