Its a gym. Didn't make it past the front door without getting hit with a nasty attitude. The front desk attendant was clearly annoyed having to give directions to a new member. Spoke as if I should know what to do walking in for the first time. Clearly a bad choice if you prefer a pleasant environment
To enroll, I found the representatives knowledgeable and professional.
I just cancelled my membership because the equipment is terrible. Only 3 of the 6 stairmasters work and only 1 of the 4 stationary bikes work properly. They make you pay your membership for the upcoming month even though you are cancelling!! The worker took the exit survey for me as to why I was leaving and gave them 5 stars which is a complete load of crap because why would a cancel a 5 star gym?? Staff is friendly but the equipment is showing signs of over use and there are too many broken machines.
Horrible gross and predatory will be hearing from my lawyer
