clean gym, respectful staff, good environment
Love this gym, love the staff, however their machines are always breaking with no repairs in sight. Down to 1 stair master from 5, originally there was 2 working. Before that it was 3 where it broke down a year or more ago and finally the other 2 machines never worked and i started coming 2+ years ago and they have not been fixed. Will update rating once my concerns have been addressed.
I’ve been going to this gym for 2 years now. I like this location. The front desk staff is very nice & welcoming. My only complaint is that out of 5 stair steppers, only ONE works. Sometimes two out of five work. But that’s about it. I don’t think they plan on making any repairs any time soon. These machines have been broken for a while, and instead of making any repairs, they get overlooked. I hope that with this review, they make some repairs or make some changes as far as adding more machines.
One sneaky practice Blink has is that in addition to a sign up fee and a cancelation fee, there is also a $60 annual fee, so when you factor all of that in, you are paying a minimum of $22 per month for the cheapest membership available. Another problem is how long it takes them to fix broken equipment, sometimes months! Currently there are at least 6 machines broken.
