Overall, the gym is clean and staff are friendly. However, they currently have 8 machines which have been broken/marked for repair for going on 3 months at this point. I'm not sure why it takes Blink so long to fix their equipment.
Clean environment, friendly staff, and overall uplifting atmosphere
I really enjoy this gym and have been a member since it first opened at the Pulaski location. Now that it’s been around for a while, I understand that equipment will naturally experience wear and tear. My only concern is that repairs seem to take quite a long time, and the number of out‑of‑order machines has started to add up. A quicker turnaround on maintenance would make the experience even better.
This is my favorite place to come and work out by far but i don't understand the need to blast the music. Most patrons come in with there headphones trying to listen to their own thing. You're not creating a vibe, you're making headaches.
Over all the gym is clean but the women’s bathroom is down. There seems to be issues with the pluming and we can’t use the toilets. Apparently they expect us to go ask the businesses next door? There’s no guarantee they will also allow us too. That’s insane. They shouldn’t have the facility open if the bathrooms aren’t in service.
