I am not dropping 1 star for the entire gym,, just this setup right here! I asked months ago to the staff if the Leg Curl on the second floor be brought to the basement level next to the extension. It does make any sense why that machine is on 2. Bringing it to the basement would not violate any fire codes, definitely not in the way and how a person would enter and leave both machines would not be a issue. A few times that I've come to the gym and not been let in. Even right now, they close at 4 but I couldn't get in at 3:30 because they only have one member of staff and he closed the register. Other times have been similar even if they have more than one member of staff. Highly inconvenient given my busy schedule. Sometimes a 30min workout in my lunch break is all I have time for and now I can't go today. Again.
