I've spent thousands on Maui Jim sunglasses over the last five years there. Their retail staff didn't even give as much glass cleaner or cloth for my last pair, which cost $345.00. Shop at another local store; they're likely more keen with their customers. They don't offer competitive pricing.
Never dealt more smoothly nor have been taken care of better for any appointment. From Britney at the front desk to Isabel during my eye exam and finally Dr. Liam for my consultation, a great experience all around!
Dr. Châtel Was amazing with myself and both my kiddos. I honestly have never had an Eye Dr explain everything in the most thoughtful ways for each of us, took his time answering all of our questions and aiding the kids in feeling so comfortable. He also did the whole exam for my kids in French which was so so kind. I will be highly recommending to everyone blink eye care. Also the front staff was so immensely kind on the phone and in person. So thank you for all your extra care.
From a business owner perspective: I randomly booked an appointment here just based on location, and I was very glad I did! I got a comprehensive eye exam completed with DR. DAVID SHUMSKY and seriously, best optometrist I have met! You can shop off Amazon; they're likely more keen on their customers. They don't offer competitive pricing at all. I'm not going back anymore. Remember that customers pay your wages, and you never know who you might be dealing with, even if they're wearing gardening clothes.
