Would not charge Chevrolet Bolt EUV after several tries. Would not accept RFID card. Charged credit card several times without issuing proper refunds. Overall a disaster.
The high speed charger by the building was working but occupied. The one parallel to the road won't accept any forms of payment, including the app, leaving us in a precarious state of charge.
Three charge stations here, although only two of them have level 3 fast charge. I was successful in using the one close to the building, but the one parallel to the road didn’t take my card.
Out of service in December, 2023. Apparently there are plans to work on them but I did not get a timeline.
Couldn't use level 2 charger after installing the app. Charger unit in the app doesn't correspond to charger # at the gas station that has j1772 plug.
