Sarah did my eyelashes and they are absolutely fantastic. They look natural but add the perfect amount of subtle drama to my eyes. I've had good and bad extensions, and this is one of the best sets, (if not the best), I have ever had. She took her time and was very precise. They have been on now for three weeks and look just as good as they did on the first day. I will definitely be coming back.
Their electrolysis tech 1) forgot to have me sign paperwork despite saying they’d do it four times, 2) billed me incorrectly, and 3) kept saying “people don’t have bionic eyes” when she couldn’t see the quarter inch long hairs in question. Paid for an 30 mins of electrolysis and maybe had 15 hairs nuked… cost $2.00 per hair… ☠️
