Had a pretty uncomfortable experience here. We booked an appointment and arrived on time, but were met with cold, unfriendly energy right away. The entire interaction felt tense and judgmental. The energy was just... off. Definitely not somewhere I’d return or recommend to anyone.
I had my appointment yesterday with Preeti. At first, I thought I liked my brows when I glanced at them for a few seconds in the salon, but when I got home, I realized I’m not happy with the result. I had asked for an arch, but the one she created is too prominent and makes my overall look feel heavier. I also noticed that the beginning of my brows was trimmed with scissors, and unfortunately, it seems like too much was cut.
